Export MDF file in SQL server Express 2008 r2

I am using SQL server EXPRESS r2 edition. How to take backup as MDF file of the database ?

You can issue a manual CHECKPOINT against the database, then Detach it from SQL Server SSMS or use sp_detachdb, then copy the MDF somewhere, then attach it back to the SQL Server using sp_attachdb but frankly....Why not just taking a FULL database backup? and restore it elsewhere or just save the backup?
