I want to get list of calender appointment from resource mailbox calendar.
It would be good if i can get in excel format.

I have full access to resource calender from outlook.
I am using outlook 2010
We use Exchange 2010.

Is there a way to do it from outlook? or is there a power shell i can run export report/list?

Try setting up a new outlook profile for your resource mailbox and load up into that so that the resource calendar will be available to export.
