How to port-forwarding using Cisco Router?

This is using Cisco Router 877, on ADSL Internet line. The router has been setup and is running at the moment. However, we want to port forward port 5000 to one of  application server - 192.168.1.68, how can I do it from here?

ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.1.68 5000 interface ATM0 5000 extendable

Change tcp to udp if necessary.
