I read that every SOAP message is made of SOAP envelop and zero or more attachments. <br />
Does this mean we can send files ike jpg, txt, csv thru SOAP call?<br />

Can someone please direct me to an example of sending files using java servlet/jsp &nbsp;using SOAP.<br />

Send Attachments with SOAP call

Java is a platform-independent, object-oriented programming language and run-time environment, designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible such that developers can write one set of code across all platforms using libraries.
