Toshiba 2000-329wm

I am trying to install Win 7 Pro from a external dvd drive onto  this laptop but It tells me it does not support this hardware at the end when it is completing the final step. I am sure there is a setting in bios but not sure which one.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
