Routing of main numbers in our shoretel system

We have 2x main numbers which hit the single IP address/site/director/switch at site A, and the calls get managed by a number of groups when not answered.

I have a user which is configured correctly however i have been told by my comms co that he is the the allocated user that is monitoring these main number calls, but wont divulge how to change it.

Ideas?

If you go to Trunks --> Trunk groups, then click on "Edit DNIS Map"  you will see the "received digits" and then destination.  Here you can see where the inbound call is routed based on the incoming phone number.

Is this what you are referring to?

sort of.  yes the main numbers are here and are going to a (i think) a workgroup, then after that a BCA group of numbers/users.  These phone ring correctly when a call comes in, but i have a user in another group which shouldnt be ringing...
