I am working on a project I have worked on many times. The application itself is canned, however it has some inner mapping to data and puts the data on a bookmarks tab. From there in conjunction with this said application, you can print a quote per say.

The canned application has had many revisions and so has the Micro Enabled Template that goes along with it. (I manage the template).

So my issue is when I click on the canned applications Print Quote Button it will load the template and then flash excel on the taskbar. After about 2 minutes the Print quote message box is still up (when it should have closed - canned app) and a Exception from HRESULT: 0x800AC472. Pops up.

Here is a screen shot.

I have done a bit of research on this error, but I cannot quite figure out how to use it in my VBA code.

Attached is the details of the error.

This error will allow the end user to continue, but if you want to look back at the application for some reason, you have to hit Quit and then reopen the app. The pop-up message box is staying open and wont die.

HELP??

I can make sure, but  I do believe our framework is set at 4.5

Also, I changed some settings and I am now able to see more information on the error.
