Apply custom view settings to multiple Sent Items sub-folders in Outlook 2013

Hello,

In Outlook 2013, I'm trying to determine how to apply custom view settings to multiple sub-folders under the Sent Items folder.

By going to:

    View > Change View > Apply Current View to Other Mail Folders… >

I found a box titled Apply View which displays all Inbox sub-folders (in a tree structure) and allows you to apply custom view settings to any of the sub-folders. However, the tree does not include the Sent Items folder or its sub-folders.

I am able to change a single Sent Items sub-folder by going to:

    View > View Settings > Columns > 

However, I would like to know how to change multiple Sent Items sub-folders in the same way it can be done for multiple Inbox sub-folders.

Hello

This is happening because Sent Items, Draft and Junk E-mail have special views of their own.

Go to
tab View-> button Change View-> Manage Views…
and select "Sent To"

Then try to change the view as you require.
