I need to move about 5 months/several GB of exchange 2003 database logs off a partition as soon as possible. <br />
I have referenced Microsoft KB &nbsp;<br />

and can see where I change the target folder. <br />
Can I simply change the path and then copy over the files? &nbsp;No need to shut down services or dismount store?<br />
Can I start moving the files before I change the target path?

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter.
