Unable to install SQL Server 2012 SP1

I am unable to apply the KB2674319 to my Windows 8 system.  I am consistently receiving error 8020002E.

First step would be to try 'Fix Microsoft Windows Update Issues'

You can run this on your machine from http://support.microsoft.com/gp/windows-update-issues/en-gb

Thank you.  Just ran it and it was not able to resolve all issues as shown below:

The SP will still not install.  Any thoughts on what the next set is?

This tool was unable to resolve the issue but confirmed Windows update was having a problem.

I downloaded the SP separately and was able to install without issue. Now windows update is working fine.
