According to this article http://viljamis.com/blog/2012/file-upload-support-on-mobile/ , it didn't work on early versions.  And then according to this article, http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=62220 , it was never supposed to work and was removed on Android 4.4.

Hi

I solved this issue by using click event of input file

I used the following

injectedObject.openCameraJS("callback");

now i am getting the HttpRequestMessage  request , from there i  am converting FromBase64String  and i am getting imagebytes, by this way i am getting the image.
