Firewall Rule

Hi all

we have a hosted PBX and we keep getting probed by the following

[Mar 20 11:30:48] NOTICE[2761] chan_sip.c: Registration from '"100" <sip:100@*.*.*.*:5060>' failed for '64.182.128.76' - No matching peer found

so we need to block the 64 address on the firewall

can somebody show us how to block all protocols for the address?
