I have a user who is experiencing an issue where her Outlook disconnects, and then reconnects at any given point.  The outages range from 20 minutes to 01 hour based on my observations.  I have attempted the following: deleting the OST file, running an Office Repair, deleting the Outlook profile, rebooting it, and creating it again.  Any troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Try disabling Cached mode in Outlook on her computer. She might just be dealing with session Timeout issues. Disabling cached mode ensures that her session stays valid as long as Outlook is open.
