Outlook 2010 in a Disconnected State - Then Reconnects

I have a user who is experiencing an issue where her Outlook disconnects, and then reconnects at any given point. The outages range from 20 minutes to 01 hour based on my observations. I have attempted the following: deleting the OST file, running an Office Repair, deleting the Outlook profile, rebooting it, and creating it again. Any troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
