I just discovered two vmware tools called VM Player and Virtual Disk Manager.  Would these tools be helpful in providing a solution to this problem.

You can not attach more than 60 disks to a single VM (see "configuration maximums" document for your release of vmware)

Is there a known script that I can use to create 60 disks?   Do you have any experience with  VM Player and Virtual Disk Manager?

gheist,

Okay thanks.  I can write a script from scratch, but if there is a canned example or functionable script that is available, I could save some time developing a new script for this solution.
