SQL Server SA Account

I have  SQL server 2012 that only has the "sa" account as administrator and the account is locked.

Can someone tell me how to go about unlocking the "sa" account???

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

As indicated it is best to use SSMS, however you can do it from the command prompt if you use SQLCmd as in:
sqlcmd -S YourServerName -E -Q "ALTER LOGIN sa WITH PASSWORD = 'sapasswordgoeshere' UNLOCK"

My previous comment is applicable only if , you don't have any other sysadmin account available to connect to SQL server.  If you have other sysadmin accounts, Anothony's solutions should work.
