step 1: extract the file to a folder<br />
SQLServer2012SP1-KB2674319<wbr />-x64-ENU.e<wbr />xe /x:&quot;c:\SP1&quot;<br />
<br />
run CMD as admin, navigate to folder...<br />
cd\sp1<br />
then <br />
setup.exe /action=patch

I did this already. &nbsp;It comes up with the whole wizard that checks the components and tries to install. &nbsp;However, when I check on the logs, it is still not showing as successful.<br />
The log files that I attached is the result from the extracted files.

When I try to install this upgrade, it goes through the interface and completes just fine.<br />
But the patch does not get installed. &nbsp;I have attached the detail log of the install and the SQLsetup.log for your reference.<br />
