SQLServer2012SP1-KB2674319-x64-ENU.exe install fails

When I try to install this upgrade, it goes through the interface and completes just fine.
But the patch does not get installed.  I have attached the detail log of the install and the SQLsetup.log for your reference.

Hello Lanworx.. I had a similar issue. The following action helped me

step 1: extract the file to a folder
SQLServer2012SP1-KB2674319-x64-ENU.exe /x:"c:\SP1"

run CMD as admin, navigate to folder...
setup.exe /action=patch

I did this already.  It comes up with the whole wizard that checks the components and tries to install.  However, when I check on the logs, it is still not showing as successful.
The log files that I attached is the result from the extracted files.

Hello LANWorx... by any chance do you have two named instances? even if you dont then maybe use the above approach and target the active instance and in the 2nd example All Instances.

*.exe \instancename="SQLExpress" \iacceptsqlserverlicenseterms \indicateprogress \qs

*.exe /q /action=patch /allinstances /IAcceptSQLServerLicenseTerms

Also by any chance do you have Visual Studio installed. I am not recommending the following but thought I would mention it.

I have had some fundamental OS failures and setup issues based on the ORDER of install. eg SQL then VS or vice versa.  This occurred on a formatted instance of windows 8x. I installed VS 1st, did updates,  then installed SQL, and by day 2 I could NOT do any windows updates.  I reformatted, reinstalled the OS then SQL, then Office then VS then ran updates and it has been fine ever since.
