Windows cluster
SQL Server cluster instance ( 2 node)

Windows IIS
Use SQL for Sessionstate ( use SQL Server in the cluster above)
then use IIS clsuter as a service

1. Install windows server 2012 on both blades.
2.Install all patches on both.
Enable IIS feature on both nodes.
3.Add feature windows cluster on node 1.
4.create a cluster on node 1
5.enable cluster feature on node 2
6.Join 2nd node to cluster.
7.Install SQL Fail over Cluster Instance on node 1
8.Add SQL fail over cluster node to node 2(In setup there is a link for adding node)
9.Add IIS application as a service on cluster
