We have our own customised email stationery with a filetype .HTM which is located in the default folder on the local drive at c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared \ stationery .

Using the mail options in Outlook 2013 we have set the above file up as our personal stationery theme so that all new emails are composed on the above customised stationery.

We want to use the same customised stationery for replies to incoming emails. How do we achieve this?

Outlook stationery only applies to new messages, and there is no way to make it automatically apply to replies or forwards. There are a couple of worarounds, but they are a bit cumbersome. You can ceck this out: http://www.msoutlook.info/question/717
