In my school the internet moves really slow and I was told that one of the causes of this is due to it having to pass through the 3 servers before it reaches the clients computers....

I was told that instead of having the internet pass through the management server and the student server and the staff server I should let the checkpoint internet device bypass those servers and go straight to the machiens instead....

I was told that i would need to maybe make a desktop pc into a server and let it send out the addresses or whatever to the clients......

1 person said i may need 2 pc cause i may need another one to act as active directory.....

I'm not really to familiar with this so i was wondering if there were any online sites I can learn abot this from FREE or even paid as well that I guess will teach you more about servers and networking etc.....

Any sites you all recommend????
