Word 2013 - Outlook 2013 Mail Merge - Losing Hyperlinks

I created the attached word document in word 2013

When I do a mail merge the hyper links disappear

Can anyone help?

HI,

It is a known problem of Word, Microsoft gives a workaround of  creating the hyperlinks from the fields of your source document
Example

{ HYPERLINK { MERGEFIELD "Address1" } \* MERGEFORMAT }
