One of my clients use a hosted booking system for there clinic, can we prioritise all traffic to domain.com over the 877?

You can do it for http traffic by inspecting the header in a class map, but that won't work for https or other traffic.

Best approach is to resolve the IP space of the hosts at domain.com and incorporate the result into an ACL for QoS matching.
