How do I put "Refresh" in Solution Explorer Context Menu VS2012

Refresh is not in the context menu of the Solution Explorer. It is on an icon in the toolbar at the top of the Explorer. And there is not way to change the behaviour of the Explorer.

That makes sense.. Its in VS2010 and 2013. But not 2012.  Hopefully someone somewhere in the programming world has done something to resolve the functionality issue though!
