I have a friend, that has complained that someone is sending emails to all her contact list using her email address ( hotmail account ).<br />

I suggested for her to change her password, which she did; but she and her contacts are still getting these emails that someone is sending from her hotmail account.<br />

A few questions I have.<br />

1. Is changing her password the only step she needs to take?<br />
2. &nbsp;Is there anything she should worry about, even if she changed the password?<br />
3. &nbsp;Is there anything she can do to prevent this from happening in the future?<br />
