Governance document for TFS 2012

I'm looking for a good governance document for TFS 2012 like following check in and check out policies, branching etc. All the good stuff to follow. My environment also deals with SQL Server programming like SSIS Packages and would like to know best practices to follow here.

This does not give me a general overview of the governance in TFS. Not very comprehensive
