Check your subscription status. Also run some scans - http://www.malwarebytes.com free tool is pretty good at detecting infections, which can cause the issue. Windows updates can also help.
BTW not sure why you only allocated 50 points for the question, as they are free - you are not limited to a certain number of points nor do you pay for them, but as experts we require them to maintain our status. So offering the full 500 points is typically the best way to get the most experts interested in helping. Just a pointer.

Thanks for the pointers, is it possible to increase the number of points I distribute after the question has been submitted?  I'll be happy to increase my payout.

I don't think so but don't worry about that. I'll do my best to help out and many others probably will as well. Just a pointer for the next time, I didn't mean to complain about it. Click on the "Point System" link below for more details and also a link to see how you can qualify for free membership by answering questions in your area of expertise.

You may have to uninstall and reinstall the application as well if the scan comes up clean.
