mobile app for entering contact info using spech recognition

We have a CRM database where Salespeople have to type in history regarding customer meetings and phone calls. I am looking to create a mobile app with a simple form. Select the contact's name or search for contacts name. Then enter the history text (paragraph)
This would be entered using voice recognition similar to voice to text message. Then user would submit to save it to our database. The database back-end is SQL server 2008.
Should work on iPad, iPhone and android. Is this possible if so whats the easiest method to get this done. I may want to add a button to attach a file.

select contact __________
Enter history __________________

You could use Google for Android
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.asr

and Apple iSpeech for IOS
https://www.ispeech.org/developers/iphone

to generate the recording that will be stored in the database on the same row with all the rest of your "history text (paragraph)" and other details into a SQL Database table.

I suggest use varchar(max) for history (or Nvarchar if you use UNICODE chars) and varbinary(max) for your voice recording files.

"Storing Images and BLOB files in SQL Server Part "

You could also store the voice recorded files somewhere on the file system and save just the path into a varchar table column.

OR...use even new FILESTREAM feature in SQL 2008 but please consider its caveats if you enable it.
