When we create a new catalog with 30 machines, we get 50% through and only 14 Machines are created and the job hangs and eventually times out.

We are using XenDesktop 5.6

The issue seems common on forums but not many solutions are posted.

We have tried a number of suggestions from forums which have not solved our issue

This was fixed by citrix support. We used http to connect Citrix to vmware and for some reason the communication method stopped working. We changed to HTTPS and all started working again

Very strange as we have updates switched off

All back up and running now

Sorry for the delay getting back to you
