Our company is in the process of implementing Mac Laptops into the Windows Server/Active Directory environment.  We currently use the native Windows 7 - Sync Center to sync files to a Folder Share.  Any thoughts or suggestions on solutions for Offline File Syncing for Mac?

OSX does not have a built-in file sync service that works with Windows Server/AD.

In the past I've used a program called ChronoSync - http://www.econtechnologies.com/pages/cs/chrono_overview.html

It is a great backup / sync program and has hooks which allow you to set sync scripts that run on a periodic basis .. and more importantly at startup/shutdown/login/logout so you can had a local folder on the device sync with a network folder on a regular basis and it can also allow archival of file changes which will keep several revisions of files which are edited).

There are other command-line tools like rsync on OSX but they are a lot more complex to setup in terms of the scripts to sync on startup/shutdown etc.
