I installed the February 2014 update then ran the Product Config Wizard. One of my servers errored out and the other two completed.

Now I am not a Sharepoint admin by a long shot but after review the logs believe the Product Wizard failed becuase of missing updates.

Here are my questions.
1) My SHarepoint farm is showoing the correct build of 14.0.7116.5000 what would happen if I left everything as it is right now?

2) How can I correct the missing features? Again I am not a Sharepoint admin

3) The config wizard stated that I need to run the wizard again after the error are corrected but if I do the it kicks off a repair which reset my whole sharepoint enviroment. I tried this in a test lab and not happy!!!

Please advise!!!!! :o(

Usually the ULS logs (in the sharepoint log directory) give you more informatuon about the missing feature. If all Frontends are setup in the same way, make sure that there are equal. The missinf feature can be a third party feature or just something from sharepoint what was not installed before on the failing server. As all frontends access the same database, the feature is store there and the Frontend can not find it.
You usually get a correlation ID what helps to find the item in the ULS logs.

The other option maybe that one of the server hasn't updated before, so it has an oldr state then the other ones. Maybe you try to instlal the previos update to the failing server first and then to isntall the latest update.

You also may have a look  into the update state in the Central administration.
