What type of software will delete all history / desktop / documents etc.....daily?

I need it for a Public PC

With recent versions of IE you would click Tools|Delete Browsing History and then pick the categories for deletion.

However if you want to bring a PC back to the state it was in prior to a day's use you would use something like Deep Freeze (paid)
