I would like to make a permanent change to the view columns in AD Users and Computers search results.  Every time I do a new search I have to add the columns I need to view.  Is there a way to make add columns to the search view that persists after closing AD Users and Computers?   I am on Windows 7 and do not have access to the servers to make changes there.
