Hi there,

I need to extract all email addresses from Outlook emails to my contacts.  If I can also select the Outlook folder to be extracted, that would be great.

Or, extract them from the emails in a PST file.

Outlook is not connected to an MS Exchange server.

The question is not about exporting contacts, but rather extracting them from all the emails)

Thanks,
Rene

All you need to do, is go into Outlook, switch to folder view, highlight the Contacts folder, then choose Export.

For Outlook 2010:

File > Open > Import( also lets you export)

Let me know if you need more detailed steps, and I'll post more info.

see the attached screenshot too.Import/Export menu option for Outlook 2010

Thanks mate,

The question was not about exporting contacts, but rather extracting them from all the emails).

I resolved it by buying "Outlook Email Address Extractor" and "Nirsoft Outlook NK2 Edit", both commercial editions.

Cheers,
Rene
