Microsoft Office Shared Calendar

Hello,

Recently a client has migrated from exchange 2003 to O365. When trying to import the "Leave Calendar" to "Calendar" it will create a sub calendar called "Leave Calendar" under "Calendar".

Is there an easy way to import to the "Calendar".

Due to O365 shared calendars not playing nice with mobile devices we had to create a user account and add the account to the mobile devices to have a shared calendar.

Any questions please let me know.

You would just need to change the viewing options on the shared calendar in outlook to have the appointments show up on a single calendar entry. Just make sure each calendar has a checkmark next to it, then go to the View tab. On the view tab, there is a button that says "Overlay" select each calendar and click that button. When you do that the calendars will display on a single calendar view. OWA will display all active calendars in a single calendar view by default.
