Outlook BCC question

How do I arrange things so that I send a BCC to one of my emails for EVERY email that I send? Rules seem to only handle incoming emails.

I can see a rule to CC the message, but not BCC

File, Manage rules and alerts...
new rule
Apply rule on messages I send > next
Cc the message to People or public group

You can acheive this via the rules in outlook 2013.  read down to the auto bcc area of this article for instructions
