Referenceing a combo box on a sheet

I have the code below and now have a combo box on C2 cell.  How do I change the code below to reference that combox now.  

              sp.Periods = Sheets("Summary").Range("C2")

If the combobox linked range is C2, you can still use the same code.

I just saw in Properties where it asks for Linked Cell.
