I am moving a single server Exchange 2010 org to a new server. I have created new Public Folder DB, setup old server to replicate to new PF DB. I then pointed mailstores on new server to the new DB. It looks like that part is working, but I don't know what to do about the OAB and Schedule+ Free/Busy and the other items in the code snipet below.

I don't even know if we need all of it either. At 1 time, we had an Exchange 2003 server and some Outlook 2003 clients, so this could be left over from that.

What should I do?

The Schedule + and Free/Busy folders are only used to communicate with an Exchange 2003 based replica of Public Folders. If you have no Exchange 2003 replicas, those folders are useless, so you don't need them. Free/Busy and Calendaring are handled with a different service in 2010, so there had to be a way to coordinate between 2003 and 2010, those folders are part of that. Attempts to access those folders just get forwarded to the availability service.
