Hi, im not quite clear on what you need
MultiPoint wireless Audio/Video?
VGA TV is the reception I don't think that's applies here as you just want transmit to wireless.
If the TV has RCA the PC would also need RCA to connect wireless box in order to send video and audio to the TV.
So it this point it's important to know what you have on the PC  to connect a wireless box or sender? and why from the PC to TV?
USB is that available on the TV
What type of TV's?
I don't  really understand what you mean by professional?
but begs the question (public)
Want to display audio simultaneously to both TVs with sound. Do you mean video and audio?
What video do you wish to send sorry to ask so many questions what type of video?
A live Stream ?
There is different methods for different video transport since it's coming from the PC.
No copy protected material?
you could use a media extender box or even a USB external drive if it's for personal video music pictures, USB
A raspberry Pi connected to a NAS wirelessly is a great option.
The raspberry pi woudl be the center that the TV connect to then you can control everything from your PC.
You can add a digital set top box that would provide extra point of connection for the TV
Also is this at home for different rooms, school ??

Could you provide more details please.
What is your budget?
The grey area is what are you playing on your PC
what OS and computer do you have.

It isn't that complicated. I want to display whatever I am seeing on my PC and whatever sound is playing on my PC to two TVs, wirelessly. Here is one possible method:

By business grade I mean I don't want some $29.95 ebay knock off that is going to fall apart in two weeks of use. I need something for a business that can use it 24/7/365 reliably.

LockDown32 these USB are pretty hardy can last for 10 years or more.
This may help as you can choose between the different brands and what they offer.
