Hi All hope somebody can help

We have a Ticketing Website support.domain.com which seems to work fine and you can log onto it etc.

We added a new URL to the Binding and now when we browse to that url it asks for login Credentials.

Surely it should work for both URLs, the only thing I do know is Microsoft TMG fire wall handles requests for the Working URL
