So while testing and playing with 2012 R2 Collection I first did the quick deploy which make paint, calculator available etc - then I deleted the complete collection and setup the collection for the live environment but paint, and cal are still visitable when I logikn via web access.<br />

I can't delete the apps from the collection because I delete it, I am guessing this is in IIS somewhere but I am not sure where exactly<br />
