Have a user who's calendar is auto declining all invitations. Did the troubleshooting below, but a week later he started to auto decline again.

I did the following troubleshooting:

From Outlook:
-selected to auto accept meetings
-tested that meetings were accepted
-un-selected to auto accept meetings
-tested meetings were no longer auto declining

From OWA:
- Disabled auto processing of calendar in OWA.
- Checked / unchecked any auto processing for meetings in outlook.

After I did the steps above, he was able to receive calendar invites and accept/ decline them as needed.

Right now a week later he is auto declining them again.

We have exchange and he is the only user who is experiencing this issue.

What are the next steps that should be taken in troubleshooting?

Is there anything different about the one user?

No, he is set up the same way as the other 20 users in the AD / Exchange

Think about more than just how he's set up in AD/Exchange.  Does he have a mobile device?  If he does, what kind is it?  Does he have any add-ins in Outlook that the others don't?  Does he have any macros installed that the others don't?  Anything that's related to Outlook that's different than the others?
