We are starting to use the Online Archive feature on Exchange 2010 and I have a few questions regarding their use with Shared Mailboxes.
We had to switch our test users from Office Home and Business to standalone outlook to be able to provide them with the Personal Archive since the former isn't supported
I did notice that our test users did see the online archives for a shared mailbox we were testing while they couldn't see their personal archive with Home and Business edition.
Is Online Archive for additional mailboxes supported with any edition of outlook?
What is the Enterprise CAL requirement for this scenario? Will a user without the Personal archive accessing an archived shared mailbox require an ECAL or would the mailbox itself require an ECAL or no ECAL is needed at all?
