How do you add shared printers to a PrintServer

I have two dot matrix Okidata 321 printers that are currently connected via USB to two workstations and shared.  I need to get these on our printserver so I can add them to software I use to manage users desktops and printers.  Simplify Printing.

How to I add them?

I'm not familiar with Simplify Printing.  Does it manage printers that aren't directly connected to the network, i.e., printers that are directly connected to other print servers?  If not, you'd have to connect them to the network via TCP/IP, install them on the print server and then manage them from there.

It can only manage printers that are in a Printserver on the network.  How do you connect a USB printer to TCP/IP?  Is that even possible?

You can get an external printer server for that model, if this is the one you have:

If you purchased the printers through a dealer, then you could contact them to see if they can sell you this accessory.
