CSS Problem - IE9

For the site I am working on, the nav bar goes to a second line. I fixed this using padding in Chrome, but IE9 does not recognize my setting.

You can see how Testimonials is on the second line, it should be on the first line. I know that it has something to do with the .sf-menu class.

Any help is appreciated.

Fixed the errors, but IE9 is still misbehaving. The site is responsive again though.

It happens in chrome too when the screen goes to 995px.  The menu does not change until it hits 782px.    One option is to add a media query for 995px and take down the left and right padding.
