Juniper networks EX 3200

i have a  Juniper networks and i am trying to bring in factory default settings,

i go through hyper terminal connect through console and it start loading and then it stuck nothing else happen please need advise

from here nothing else happen i press any keys it is just stopped i think it is IOS problem but i am not sure please let me know what else i can do to fix this problem

since you can't login, you can do it through the lcd panel, like so: http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/release-independent/junos/topics/task/configuration/ex-series-switch-default-factory-configuration-reverting.html

To revert to the factory-default configuration by using the LCD panel:

Press the Menu button until you see MAINTENANCE MENU on the panel.
Press the Enter button.
Press Menu until you see FACTORY DEFAULT.
Press Enter. The display says RESTORE DEFAULT?
Press Enter. The screen flashes FACTORY DEFAULT IN PROGRESS and returns to the idle menu.
Complete the initial configuration of the switch.
