Do you mean an Exchange based Archive or an Outlook file system based Archive? If it's an exchange based archive, their archive folders will continue to show up on any computer they log into outlook with. If the archive is a PST file that they have on their workstation, you could either copy the file to the computer that the employee will use or put it into a network share and have him access the file by connecting to the share.
