moving employee- outlook archive folder

an employee is moving to another floor in the same building. But in the new room, there are only 3 PCs which will be shared between 8 employees (Shift basis). what can be done so that the employee has some kind of access to the archive folders?

Do you mean an Exchange based Archive or an Outlook file system based Archive? If it's an exchange based archive, their archive folders will continue to show up on any computer they log into outlook with. If the archive is a PST file that they have on their workstation, you could either copy the file to the computer that the employee will use or put it into a network share and have him access the file by connecting to the share.

if it is put on network share, what abt security? is it open up only based on windows credtials?

how can i know if the archive is exchange based? is there is a menu in outlook that can tell me that?
