Why are other peoples email being routed or copied to to my account?

Recently stood up a new exch2010 server (still coexisting with our exch2003 server). Instead of rapidly just pushing it out to production I of course began testing for failure points. FOUND ONE!! Grrrrr.
I created then moved over a email@example.com account from our exch2003 server and made sure the server was sending and receiving as designed. Seeing that worked I then moved 2 employee accounts over to the exch2010 server and all seemed well. But when I logged into the firstname.lastname@example.org I saw that all the emails from the 2 employee accounts are somehow being copied to the email@example.com account also. Strange?
So both employees are still sending and receiving their emails as normal, but the firstname.lastname@example.org is receiving every email they get or send? I'm still an exch2010 newbie and if this was exch2003 I would just open ADUC on exch2003 and verify why its being forwarded to the test account. I did just that for the exch2010 but nothing was there
