Fine Grained Password Expiration Warning?

I have defined the "prompt user to change password before expiration" setting to 14 in the Default Domain GPO and then create a fine-grained password policy "Test Password Policy" with an expiration of 2 days.

Can someone confirm if the "prompt user to change password before expiration" still apply and the user receive a notification? (from my testing it doesn't appear so)

If "prompt user to change password before expiration" doesn't apply, then how can I enable a notification at login when using a fine-grained password policy?

Since FGPP also stored password in domain only hence you should receive password expiration notification

Can you please show here FGPP options set
