Lync 2013 Complete Setup (FE, EDGE, Reverse Proxy)

I would like to know if there is any full documentation on installing Lync 2013 with a Edge and reverse proxy server. I can find Lync installs all day and have done a few. I can find some Lync 2013 with Edge configurations but with less detailed information. I cannot find a complete set of instructions for implementing all three in my environment (very small at only 30 users). I have setup the FE (Lync), Edge and partial reverse proxy (needing some IIS server farm settings). Has anyone ran this setup or know where I can get a complete install guide for these three devices in my network?

Thank you jakob. I am not finding for starters in the reverse proxy setup where it clearly states where I point those servers farm setup. Example meet.abc.com points to which server? Does it point to the Edge server or the Lync FE and to which NIC, the NICs that point outside or the inside NIC's with no gateway?

I really need this dummied down. I should not have this many issues for only 30 users. Do you have an email that I can send a diagram or visio to you of this setup? I do realize I will have to "redo" alot of things considering this started with just Lync running internally.

answered with email.
No need to post answer here, as it would be rather specific to this exact installation.

a couple of things to remember:
- Edge server internal and external networks must be different
- sip domain must be externally routable

Would it be easier to redo the topology?
