Interpreting a style sheet

I would like to place some space between the drop-down menu and the top of the calendar at www.mauitradewinds.com/RezTest/mobile/availability.html   I would also like to put the "Book Now" Button on a separate line from the drop-down menu.  Can you specify what code in rezstyle.css controls these parameters?rezstyle.css

Change Margin 20px; this will put some space between drop-down and calendar.

    border: 1px solid #C0C0C0;
    border-collapse: collapse;
    margin: 20px auto;
}
