How to get into this form

Hi All,

How can I get this formula into this form?

Formula: =if(a1 = "blue", 1, 0)

Form: "= Round(constants!AO" & i & ",constants!AP" & i & ")"

The point of the form is that this needs to go down many rows and I have to keep all of the rows.
